1. Who we are
iDentist.Live ("the platform", "we", "us") is a dental practice management service operated by Vilnek, Gujarat, India. Contact: identist@vilnek.in.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you grant to members of your clinic. Notify us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your data stays yours
Patient records, clinical notes, images and practice data you enter remain yours. We process them to provide the service. We do not sell them, and we do not use identifiable patient data to train models.
4. Your responsibilities as a clinician
The platform is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It does not practise dentistry. Clinical decisions — diagnosis, treatment, prescribing — remain yours. Allergy warnings, dosage checks and AI assistance are aids, not authority, and must be verified before acting on them.
You are responsible for obtaining patient consent as required by law, and for complying with the regulations that apply to your practice.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and the grace period
- Premium is ₹3,000 per month or ₹30,000 per year, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of the components listed on the Features page.
- Where auto-renewal is enabled, your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each cycle until you cancel.
- If a renewal payment is not received when the term ends, your services continue for a 3-day grace period.
- If payment is still not received after the grace period, Premium services — including your clinic website, custom mailbox and app builds — are suspended until payment is made.
- Suspension does not delete your clinical data. Your practice records remain in your account.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term; you keep what you have already paid for.
6. Premium provisioning
Domain registration, DNS, SSL, mailbox creation, website publication and app builds are performed by our team and normally complete within one working day of payment. Domain availability is subject to the registry; if your chosen domain cannot be registered we will contact you to choose another.
7. Refunds
Because Premium includes third-party costs incurred on your behalf — domain registration in particular — fees are generally non-refundable once provisioning has begun. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we will put it right.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, attempt to access another practice's records, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without a written agreement with us.
9. Availability
We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt access.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost goodwill.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction.
