Every clinical record is sealed with AES-256-GCM under a key derived for your clinic alone, and the ciphertext is bound to the exact document it belongs to — so a record cannot be moved, replayed or read by another practice. Collection names carry no meaning, so a path leaks nothing.

The whole app runs from encrypted local storage. Keep working through a dead connection — patients, charting, prescriptions, billing — and everything syncs when the line comes back.

Renewal, in plain terms
Monthly Premium renews each month. If a renewal payment does not arrive when the term ends, your services keep running for a 3-day grace period with a countdown shown in the app. If payment is still not received after that, Premium services are suspended until you pay — your clinical records are never deleted.
